So when our Whisky siblings craft a release around the use of peat as a historically intrinsic part of the production process - well - we can’t miss out can we, even if the use of peat isn’t a thing in the world of Rum? The good news is, we’ve four long-aged Rums that display distinct flavour characteristics that relate to their production traditions.

We’ve five Rums, two of which are new producer locations for Boutique-y Rum. A dead-cert in the form of a Sauternes Cask finished Foursquare, some more of the delicious long-aged Rum from Haiti, and a high-proof offering of our extremely popular Casa Santana.
